The use of services provided by Hazto SMM establishes agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of Service and Hazto SMM will not be held liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service.

By placing an order with Hazto SMM , you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of services whether you read them or not.

Hazto SMM  rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment and refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.

Hazto SMM  does not guarantee a delivery time for any services and quality of the services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered and try to have the best quality available. This is only an estimation and Hazto SMM  will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.

Hazto SMM  tries to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

You agree that we can use your email and phone number to send you offers regarding our website via SMS or eMail

2. Payments

By depositing funds to your account balance on Hazto SMM  through any payment processor accepted on Hazto SMM  you pay for the credits, and not for the orders. Therefore, you automatically accept that any rights to a refund are forfeited once the deposit is added to your account balance.


3. Service

Hazto SMM  will only be used to promote your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and other social accounts to help boost your appearance only.

We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.

We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.

You will not upload anything into the Hazto SMM  site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media communities.

Private accounts will not be refunded! Please insure that your account is public before ordering.

WE DO NOT accept Refunds-chargebacks from Paypal when the Services have been delivered/completed!

4. Disclaimer

Hazto SMM will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.


5. Liabilities

Hazto SMM  is in no way liable for any account suspensions or picture and video removals done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other social media sites.


6. Violation

If Hazto SMM does take any legal action against you as a result of your violation of these terms, Hazto SMM SMM will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to Hazto SMM  . You agree that Hazto SMM will not be liable to you or to any third party for termination of your access to the site as a result of any violation of these terms.

Privacy Policy

Refund Policy

No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your deposited balance to pay orders from HAZTOSMM .

You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.

If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to revoke of all previous services ordered, terminate all future orders, suspend you from using our services, ban you from our site, and pursue legal action. We also reserve the right to take away any followers and likes delivered to any accounts and posts belonging to you or your clients on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or other social media sites.

Orders placed on HAZTOSMM will not be refunded or canceled once they have been placed. You will receive a refund credit to your HAZTOSMM account if the order is nondeliverable

Misplaced orders and orders to the private accounts will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account and may lead to legal action. There are no exceptions.

Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same account or post. We cannot give you the correct amount of followers and likes number if you decide to do so. We will not refund these orders in any circumstances.

Privacy Policy

  • In HAZTOSMM SMM we do not share confidential information that you have provided to us. Also, we never share this information with third parties, including your orders.

  • HAZTOSMM will protect your data for safety and the prevention of fraud, theft or loss. Also, we guarantee the security of your data from copying or modification by third parties.
